I have felt so heavy this past week. Weighed down with negativity. Don’t like the mirror. Hate how I look. Hate even more how I feel. Trying to scramble some energy and positivity amidst all the ‘New year, new you’ rhetoric. Feel like a hypocrite for feeling like this (let alone saying it). But maybe it’s good thing to be honest. It’s not always easy to feel at peace with your body let alone love it. And I know I’m not alone in feeling this way. We’ll get there ❤️
