The portal is open! Klara and I decided on a last minute trip to Abisko, seeing as the weather was looking perfect. We hiked up onto a hill just outside the national park and set up the cameras for the night. The beauty of arctic autumn is you can easily sleep out under the aurora without freezing the entire night! Although we did wake up with frost on the sleeping bags. So worth it. I ended up getting the shots I wanted, including a nice one of Lapporten under the aurora!🌈🏔
