As January ends it’s time for me to *officially* share a very exciting project! This year I’m teaming up with @oldnavy PROJECT WE and fellow artists @temi.coker and @destinydarcel to imagine a more inclusive future through art and celebrate Black History Month with some exciting t-shirts. My shirt, “Black Joy” is an ode to the black women in my life, and the sense of magic that occurs when we come together. Black joy will be available for purchase (now online) or in Old Navy Stores throughout the month of February. And as a part of this initiative Old Navy will donate $50,000 to @15percentpledge I have so many personal reflections about this project and will be posting more soon.
