Melrose’s Coconut Christmas Stars 🎄🎅 Makes:10-15 stars Prep Time: 20 minutes Ingredients 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut 1/2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp @melrosehealth Essential Greens Powder 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup coconut butter, melted 1/4 cup warm water 100g vegan white chocolate (optional) Method 1. Place coconut, almond flour, greens and erythrithol in a large bowl and combine. 2. Add in the coconut butter and water and combine to form a crumby mixture. 3. Press into a star shaped silicone mould and place in the freezer to set for 30-60 minutes. 4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, or in a double boiler and drizzle over the stars. Store in the fridge.
