What are your thoughts re annotating books? Yay or Nay? 👍🏻👎🏻 And if you do it, do you ever go back to read what you wrote? 👀✍🏻️ So I never used to do this - and recently started using pencil to highlight lines in my huge classics hardbacks (i'm still not ready to move onto pen ha!) I find it makes the reading experience more intentional, quotes you can refer back to and act as 'markers' for how you felt when reading. I don't think I could ever make myself do it to my leatherbounds though - but we shall see!! 😂 I imagine it would be quite cool to re-read & annotate 5 years on and see how your opinions change. Another form of reading diary? lol!
