The creamiest tahini dressing 🥣 Perfect as a drizzle on Buddha bowls, to dip fresh bread in, to lather in a sandwich, with falafels, as a dressing on a salad... the possibilities are endless. It’s creamy and delicious! 1/3 cup of tahini (look for creamy tahini that is liquid and you can pour, not the hard stuff!) 1 medium lemon, juiced 1 or 2 tbsp of maple syrup 1 pinch of salt 3 to 6 tbsp of cold water to thin to your desired consistency Optional : 1 clove of crushed garlic, or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, or cumin, za’atar... In a bowl pour your tahini, add in your lemon juice, mix until it forms a thick paste. Add in your maple syrup, then slowly add in cold water a little at a time, mixing slowly until it turns creamy, keep going until you’ve reached your desired consistency. Add in your salt and spices if you choose to. It keeps well in the fridge in a jar, if it thickens too much add a splash of water again..! Ps: can you spot the ant cramping my style.. 😂🐜
