There’s a good chance that, at some point in our lives, we’ll all struggle with our mental health. I know that I’m privileged to be in the position I am today, to have the help I need when I need it. But I also know that this is not the case for everyone, and that we all face very different challenges. That’s why this World Mental Health Day, I’m starting a journey to educate myself on mental health. To better understand what others experience, and to raise awareness of the resources available to all. I’d love you all to join me. GR.
