Anyone who knows me will know my biggest fear is the unknown, & swimming in the deep ocean gives me a lot of anxiety. I spend my life encouraging everyone to embrace their fears & help shift perspectives, so I’m so glad I found the courage to go scuba diving for the first time last week! 💦🐠⛵️ We saw lobsters & sting rays... but the best quote of the week was: “Mike, don’t panic, please don’t panic, but there is a shark beside us”. How I kept calm I don’t know, but I won’t be forgetting that swim back to shore for a while 😂🦈💦 #faceyourfears #neveragain
