On this Friday in November I would like to give gratitude. I am thankful and gracious that I found the hospitality industry! I am grateful that I found this industry so young in my adult life that I can continue to do this into my 50’s. I love being able to take care of people, and I feel very lucky that I found this profession. With saying that, I also want to give a shout out to all my other hospitality professionals across the country: I know as we go into the holiday season, this is our busiest time for many of us. Let’s all be gracious that we found this industry, but let’s also all take care of each other during this next four weeks. Folks, I’ll see you in January!
