💜🍇Please Meet Trudie!🍇💜 She is a 9 week old border collie mix that we saved from the euthanasia list 🤬 and rescued from the San Bernandido Humane Society along with her siblings. 😢 They all are so excited to look for their furever families!💕 🏡 Trudie is brilliant, feisty, loving, and so so precious! In just a week, she has made huge strides on crate training, potty training, and learning new commands. She goes into her crate for an hour a day and now sleeps through the night in her crate—she will whine in her crate if she needs to go potty. She needs to be taken out every 30 minutes to avoid accidents but she knows to pee on the pee pad when you take her out. She knows sit and is working on “wait” and “quiet” (she’s very vocal). She is extremely food driven and intelligent which comes in handy with training. Because she is so bright and still so young, she does need a lot of attention and stimulation when she’s awake to avoid her getting into trouble! She loves playing fetch, playing soccer (she’s great at defense ;)), playing with toys, and chewing on bones and carrots. She is VERY persistent—which again, can be a benefit with proper training! She loves people and follows me around the house all day, she’ll even curl up on my feet while i’m in the kitchen cooking.
