Healthy grocery haul! 🤍 I always start by making a list. Evan and I will plan a few dinners, and I will plan lunches. I typically eat yogurt bowls, chia pudding, protein pancakes, etc for breakfast so I make sure to stock up on those ingredients as well! We love starting @Trader Joe's and ending at @Whole Foods Market ! I always get: -proteins (meat, cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs) -fats (avocado, nuts, seeds) -carbs (rice, quinoa, sourdough) -veggies (greens, frozen veggies, cauliflower for ice cream! etc) -extras like coffee (I love @Blue Bottle Coffee !) and @The Coconut Cult ! And typically this run will last me 1 1/2-2 weeks! #healthyeating #groceryhaul #healthygroceries #healthychoice #healthycooking
