The past 5 years have been a rough path that beat us up and down, we lost our sister salon in Scottsdale because of COVID-19, we suffered from the longest shortage of staff, and the highest supply cost we have ever seen in history, 3-4 times higher cost for everything, at one point I thought we couldn’t make it through the crisis, but we made it and we survived.
