Perfect dinner last night thanks to @5dukes @eatbanza @daretobedifferentcook that combine foods that taste good and foods that are good for you. Best thing I learned at @nutritionschool was to crowd out the less than healthy things with vitamin and fiber enriched foods that grow from the earth. Less processed. Makes me feel better.
