Israel inflicts brutal violence against Palestinians on a daily basis, and Palestinians have pursued nearly every avenue for justice. The PA is well within its rights to seek accountability from the UN’s International Court of Justice as Israel oppresses millions of Palestinians every single day in violation of international law—even if Israel doesn’t like it.
