Leftover Porridge Waffles 🧇🫐 - 2 cups of cold leftover porridge - 1 cup of plain flour - 1 cup of plant milk - 2 tbsp of avocado (or neutral) oil - 2 tbsp of maple syrup (or coconut sugar) - 1 tsp of baking powder - 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda - 1 tbsp of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar - optional : 1/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries or dark chocolate chips - optional : 1/2 tsp cinnamon This is the perfect recipe for those porridge leftovers we all have at the end of the week!
