Wow MF (Maynard Ferguson or Boss) would have been 94 today. Can’t believe he hasn't been with us for 16 years! His spirit, for all things in music and in life, has left a indelible mark on me forever. There is not a day that goes by that I dont think about that or hear his glorious sound in my head! The Boss brought all of us together and continues to do so. The pic is a old one and boy do I miss being over his left shoulder seeing and hearing him do his thing.
