Trophy case 🏆. My collection of every book I’ve ever read since I was 12. Not counting school textbooks which I ranked least useful. These two pictures are from my home in Malaysia. The entire home is designed around these two bookcases. (Swipe to see next bookcase). Growing up as a teen I only focused on two things. Reading every book I could get my hands on and training in martial arts. Being a bookworm made me a ‘nerd’ in school. I was bullied at first. Training in martial arts made me so good a fighter I represented Malaysia in the US Open Tae Kwan Do championships. No one ever bullied me again. These bookcases feature my martial arts medals and my books. My two biggest obsessions as a kid. Nothing else mattered. I didn’t have many friends, I didn’t date.
