a month ago, my dad read me a new york time’s list of life hacks. our favourite one was “do three things in your 20s that employers and dinner party guests will ask you about for the rest of your life”. it’s safe to say that this journey with ‘In the Tides of Love’, my first project as a solo performer and perhaps the thing I am most proud of to date, is the first of these three things. what an unbelievably magical experience this has been. to everyone, the 200+ people (crazy) who came out to support me and my work and my voice and my story, thank you. this would not have been what it was without you. art is nothing if not received so they say. as always, @livkatherineg I couldn’t have done it without you. cheers to being courageous storytellers forever, I am so proud of us. and to @debradeliso, who I owe this whole experience to, there aren’t words to describe your magic. goodbye to Morgan and this play...for now. but don’t be fooled... it’s just the beginning of it all.
