I’M SOUVLAKI IN LOVE ❤️ The only alarm I’m interested in on the weekend is one to light the pizza oven so we can have slow roasted lamb for lunch 😝 But these souvlakia are just as good in the oven at home and the yoghurt flatbreads take fifteen minutes tops! Yum. Lamb takes about 4 hrs to slow cook Flat breads take about 20 mins start to finish.
