This may have worked in 2019 and earlier but it doesn’t now. To get any kind of actual results the page would have to post your work consistently as if you were paying them to advertise for you. 🧿 My target audience IS ACTUALLY hairstylists and it doesn’t even do anything for me (I track my data like a FREAK) so I don’t even LET them share my content anymore unless THEY pay ME because why should I donate content to them so they can boost their own engagement and use those stats to draw attention to THEIR business. I digress... !!️!!️!!️!!️ Don’t let yourself think that a share page or publication sharing your content is validation. That can seriously mess with your head and you deserve better. Those pages look for content that is ALREADY performing really well so they want to repost it so YOUR content can work for free for THEM. 💖 Make content for the people you are trying yo attract to your business, and use local based hashtags to help your content be more visible to them. Use pictures as reels if you hate making reels.....because REELS are what’s going to help your content be visible to more people. You are worthy. Your work is beautiful. You spend time and energy making your content and no one else deserve to use it without asking you FIRST.
