Dreaming of a Greener Place I am following on from my deep post yesterday with another scene from the beach at Crosby, where if you look in the distance you can see hundred of wind turbines creating the energy of the future in our off-shore wind farms. Many people here in the UK object to them being put up as it ruins the landscape, but I find them beautiful because of what they represent. But whilst green energy is our future, it doesn’t mean we can just keep on using all the energy we want when we get there as they all have an impact on the earth. It is shocking to know that if all the clothes dryers were turned on in the USA they use the entire electricity they produce, and that people are considered poor for drying their clothes outside on a clothes line. Sometimes I think the world has gone mad.
