💦 Dehydrated Skin Skincare Routine 💦 Dehydrated skin and dry skin can be easily confused. Two ways to distinguish between the two are: Dehydrated: a skin condition, lack of water/moisture in the skin. Dry: a skin type, lack of oils in the skin. I’m prone to dehydrated skin and one thing I aim to do is drink more water, but also using a routine similar to this one. 💦 @oskiaskincare Rest Day Cleansing Milk (PR) Using a gentle non foaming cleanser prevents the skin from drying out and also reduces that tight feeling. This cleanser is super gentle which is important for dehydrated skin as it can sometimes cause irritation. 💦 @freshbeauty Tea Elixir Skin Resilience Serum (PR) Another great product to ensure potentially irritated skin is hydrated and soothed. Ceramides and Hyaluronic acid help with this. 💦 @ahc.global Aqualuronic Serum (PR) This serum is a great moisture booster and it’s full of fab ingredients. I’ve found after using this, my skin looks less flaky and it feels less irritated. There are others in the range that perform just as well. 💦 @facetheory Aventhra Moisturiser (PR) This moisturiser is fab at sealing in all the moisture you’ve added to your skin. It’s fab for both dry and dehydrated skin as the oatmeal and Hyaluronic acid help with both. 💦 @sosserum SPF 50 (PR) Any sunscreen can be good for dehydrated skin as long as it doesn’t contain any alcohols (that dry out your skin) or fragrance as that can irritate the skin more.
