Without the liners, the pigment is still strong, and you can tone it down or layer up. You can blot the lips after lipstick for a super matte finish or leave it as is if you adore the shine. Finally, the gloss. Their gloss applies on so evenly with the nicest amount of glaze and shine with no tacky stick. Honestly, I’m happily shocked.
