❤️ Thank you everyone who joined us in the Garden. Whether you came to play, entertain, collaborate, or listen, we love you for it. We enjoyed taking the Garden back to its roots with micro stages, hidden treats and treasures, many of our favourite musical guests returning to play a victory lap, working with new people on wild new concepts, and of course keeping some of the more spectacular bits in the sky. It was our first year bringing all the kittens and fluff out of its box and dusting it off for a new generation. Some of it you recognised, and some of it was new. So we’d love to hear your feedback and thoughts on what we didn’t get right, but also what you loved about the Garden. You can let us know below, or by emailing us on [email protected] where we can continue the conversation. To kick things off, we know that we didn’t get the loo service we were hoping for. While the teams on site worked as quickly as they could, we know that this wasn't a good experience for some of you as we’ve seen in the comments. Believe us when we say this was not what we wanted to see, hear, or experience either. Your good time is always a top priority, so when something like this happens it is felt across the whole team. We apologise and we will do better in future. Regarding litter, we know from your comments that some spots on the site didn’t collect rubbish as quickly as it could have been. We thank everybody for using the recycling points, and filling them up, but you’re right - these could have been cleared better. These points, and any more feedback you can give us, will be talked about and taken on board for any future plans. We love you, we missed you, and it was great to see you all again, and we hope to see you for another trip in the future.
