Last week I had the pleasure of accompanying my beautiful friend, @tanayedubz as she hosted @afspnational’s 33rd Annual Lifesavers Gala. The evening was spent honoring those who have dedicated themselves and their platforms to providing mental health resources and working towards bringing the number of suicides down to zero 🙏🏾 @tanayedubz I am so so proud of you for your transparency and vulnerability in your own mental health journey. You showing up for yourself despite your own struggles champions us all to do the same as we fight personal battles that sometimes no one else is aware of. I love you so much and can’t wait to see how you glow & grow your new @heyfeelgoodbabe community 🙌🏾 @afspnational thank you and the all of the amazing honorees for such an incredible, purpose-filled night and your work to destigmatize, prioritize, and provide access to mental health resources for all people, especially within marginalized communities #DemandMoreForMentalHealth 🤍
