Trying viral products from a makeup beginner pov 👀 I feel like it’s a sign from the universe that it was my turn to find and purchase these @diorbeauty lip glow oils 😂 On my IG story the other day, I shared that I spotted the last Dior lip oil (it was in the shade Pink) at a Sephora store and in this video I tried on Rosewood (was lucky to purchase on Sephora app on a random restock day)! Sooo some first impressions: • it’s pretty thick - thicker than I thought it would be. Idk why I was thinking it’d feel slippery like tower 28’s lip jellies because of the “oil” part. I’ve seen other reviews say this feels more like a gloss, and it’s true imo. Since it’s on the thicker side, it can feel a bit sticky sometimes. • mint scent - smells good, but “cherry oil” is one of the main key benefits marketed which made me think it’d smell like cherries • very nourishing - i like that the formula felt like it “hugged” my lips and made them feel soft and moisturized immediately upon application • sheer color - it has their color reviver technology that “reacts directly with the moisture level of each lip for custom color”. On me, I feel like this shade just enhanced my natural lip color with an extra ✨glow✨ I don’t regret buying these because it was nice to treat myself to a luxury experience since I haven’t bought anything from Dior before. However, I most likely won’t repurchase them because, as you’ve prob seen, there are several dup3s out there already that can provide similar results.
