Wow! What a great experience we had on our first ever visit to Prince Edward Island! First of all, a huge thanks to @peishellfish for inviting @chefnuitregular to judge the Garland Canada International Chef Competition. So many amazing and talented Chefs! Chef Nuit, @paullillakas and @nedbell had such a difficult task narrowing it down to one winner. The margins were paper thin! The entire festival was a so impressive! So many moving parts and it was pretty much flawless. After the competition we had a couple of days to just explore the beauty of PEI. The scenery was breathtaking and the seafood was straight up unbelievable. I can’t even count how many fresh oysters we ate. And the lobster ... 🤤🤤🤤 But what perfectly capped off the trip was an extraordinary dinner at @innatbayfortune with the one and only @chefmichaelsmith Wow! What an experience! Obviously the food was outstanding but the entire experience was just magical. So inspiring and so much praise to Chef Michael, his wife Chastity, and their passionate team. Thank you @chef @nedbell and Kate for helping to make that happen for us. It’s a night we will never forget! Til next time PEI!
