Everybody say they started from the bottom... I still remember what weighing over 430lbs felt like. Physically and mentally I was a different person. I lost weight, but the best part is I gained life! My transformation didn’t happen overnight. Changing my mindset, Prayer, Fasting, Meal prepping, Working out, and VSG are all tools that have helped me on my journey and still help today!
