•PARIS• from the steps of Montmartre to the Tuileries Gardens and inside @crossfitlouvre, we met hundreds of HARD WORKERS and worked out in some of the most memorable places. ⁠ -⁠ One of the coolest workouts we did was a Sunday tradition for the CF Louvre gym. They hit the steps of Montmartre in a suicide sprint fashion; one flight up, one flight down. Two flights up, two down and so on until you’ve hit all 11 flights of stairs. ⁠ -⁠ Then we hosted roughly 50 members in the gym and over 100 members in the Tuileries Gardens for another workout.
