Celeriac, ginger & tomato, peanut tahini The celeriac is firstly roasted whole for hours so the vegetable slowly caramelises before finishing on the grill for some nice char and smokiness. The celeriac sits on peanut tahini and is finished off with an amazing tomato and ginger sauce which brings the whole dish together!
