Today is Baby Kitten Rescue’s 1st Anniversary!!🥳 1 year ago, Baby Kitten Rescue began🥹 I had been fostering for other rescues for years and I decided I wanted to start my own rescue. I wanted this rescue focus on the most vulnerable population: neonatal, critical care, and special needs kittens. And I wanted it to be a different, more educational, more supportive, and more empowering experience for the fosters. When it started it was just me as the only foster. I took in the first newborn orphaned kittens, The Frozen Babies😻 Then I took in the first special needs kitten, Archie🥹 Then Pei, @lilfosterbabes , joined the rescue taking in Luke & Leia. Then Jamie & Geoff, @thekittensfoster , joined the rescue and took in 7 critically ill kittens. Then Ana, @my_cat_thinks_im_cool , joined the rescue and took in Clove. Baby Kitten Rescue continued to grow and expand. Bringing on more fosters. And taking in more kittens. We took in the tiniest, sickest, and most vulnerable kittens, and we nursed them back to health and found them loving forever homes! Bunny & Otter arrived on June 4th and stole hearts all over the world🥹 We continued to bring on new fosters and take in more kittens.
