We went to Bincho Yakitori this weekend, which was named one of the best restaurants in Brighton, and it did not disappoint! The counter top dining is great as you can watch the kitchen make your truly delicious food, plus the staff are absolutely lovely! Get your booking in asap if you want to go though, we had to book 2 months in advance!
