Last night at @somersethouse was a vision - I found myself gritting my teeth with joy, every muscle in my body engaged, playing in front of my girl, my godparents, my family, my friends was really special. Before Black Dog I was vulnerable about some lifelong problems I’ve had in my own head - there were so many people in that room who had/continue to see how much it takes for me to be here day after day. It’s scary to admit but I feel like the only hope of healing is dissolving collective shame and being honest. Doing what I love has helped me fall in love with life deeper than I could ever have imagined! Thank you thank you thank you for letting me do what I love!❣️
