I can’t believe it! A lifelong dream come true. This trail challenged me mentally and physically time and time again. I had days with freezing cold temps and others with blistering heat. I woke up each morning curious what body part would hurt most that day. At times I was mentally exhausted and fearful of not finishing by my deadline. But five million steps later I can say I conquered the AT and know there is nothing I can’t do if I put my mind to it.”
