I’m going to add a cocktail to your list of reasons why this weekend is so badass and all we need is FIVE INGREDIENTS 👯‍♀️💛💯 If you love zest flavours in your gin, you are going to adore Bombay Sapphire’s Citron Pressé! Using real fruit and no added sugar, that bold yellow literally comes straight from the lemon 💛 If you love a cheeky frozen number (like I said last week, it’s vital for me to get as many as I can in before Autumn) which is jam packed with Mediterranean lemon goodness then this is for you! Inspired by the classic, Tom Collins Cocktail, this frozen alternative gets those creative juices flowing! An ideal go to recipe when your guests come over for the afternoon and like I say with all my frozen cocktails... perfect to get pre batch in advance 👌🏼 What we need : (makes 3-4 drinks) ▫️ 120ml @bombaysapphireuk Citron Pressé ▫️ 120ml fresh lemon juice ▫️70ml Simple syrup ▫️60ml Orange Liqueur ▫️25-30 ice cubes *Garnish, lemon wheel 🍋 What we do... 1. Add all ingredients to your blender 2. Switch on to the highest setting and blend until you get a thick consistency 3.
