Shifting outlooks truly has alleviated my mental health, but I do experience inconsistencies and that’s okay. Not everyday is bright but I’m so glad Im always changing, always evolving. I’m so relieved I’m not who I used to be and things aren’t like they used to be !!!! 💟🌀🌸🦋🧡💛💚
