Photo dump: The last days of June and 1st of July in Dongen. Can’t believe this was over a month ago. Can still smell the leather in the tannery. Thank you @eccoleather for having us at Hot-Shop and for providing the platform for experimentation and collaboration together with indigo and leather. It has been amazing to explore the limitless opportunities for these ancient materials. Blessed also to collaborate with an awesome team of creatives and makers, and yes, we made conductive leather ! It We also found indigo wax works on leather (natural beeswax x indigo paste) hopefully this is as anti-bacterial as its garment dye counterpart. This alongside all other neat and amazing innovations! So fun.
