I’ll be honest. As a young leader, the pressure is always high on my end to be able to always provide the next steps to cultivate growth for such a talented team. Am I doing the right thing? Am I doing enough? Am I being a good leader? All these and more questions of doubts and uncertainties run in my head every waking moment since @carlobautista and I started @litlabstudios. All we knew is that we wanted to create an impact ~ how? It wasn’t very clear until today. Staying true to what the Lit Lab brand is all about, we focused on collaboration. The past two days were spent on knowing what matters to us as individuals, and finding out how each and every single one of us can be of great contribution to our growth as team. This process allowed us to not just know more about each other, but also see how we can improve our ways of working as we rally towards the same vision. Now that we’ve set the goal, it’s about time we execute. This is honestly the scariest part. However, with this team, I know nothing is impossible. The growth never stops. The learning never stops.
