Patience is key in this process, but it was all worth it. . ☀️CLARIFYING SHAMPOO: THIS was probably the best thing my hair needed after not using sulfate for 4 years. You NEED to cleanse your scalp. All the different products can give you build up. ☀️ DEEP CONDITIONERS: Deep conditioner was very helpful in repairing the frizz my hair had and the stringy ends. I use this once a week and would “curl train” by finger coiling or twisting my hair with the deep conditioner in. ☀️ BOND BUILDERS: These products are a little newer especially for curly hair. This is not a conditioner, they are designed to repair the hair from the inside out. This helped with my chemical damage and can help with any and all damage! It goes deeper than just a deep conditioner. I use once 2 times a month! ☀️SCALP MASSAGES: I do one every night!! My scalp had some sores from the damage I got and using oils and scalp products helped them go away. It’s also great for hair growth! . Reminder: don’t get so caught up in the “curly girl method “ do what works for you!
