Let’s keep this short & spicy shall we🌶 👌🏼 Here’s some of the moves I’m loving at the moment in training - great for full body fuego 🔥 (eg strength, stability, core anti rotation & mobility) Particularly helpful in my case for rebuilding the core post 🍼 x1-4 rounds (depending on where you’re fitness/time/energy levels are that day) 👉🏼Copenhagen Plank 30secs 👉🏼Single Arm Row 12/12 👉🏼TRX tuck 12 👉🏼Turkish Get Up 3 per side I did this as a circuit today & it was 🔥 Save to rave & let me know how you get on! 👯‍♀️
