Saturday is for shaobing sandwiches. Today is week 2 of shaobing sando no.73 aka “the nugg”. Brined and potato chip-breaded Hodo tofu cutlet, cilantro and cabbage slaw in creamy shiok mayo, house pickles, and crushed fresno chili sambal. Since last week we’ve added potato chips to the dredge as a throwback to shaobing sandwich no.7 from our @elismilehighclub days! We’ve heard how much you all miss the tofu nuggets so this is basically a giant juicy nugg inside a sandwich. Made on our freshly baked sesame crusted bread always, and served with prawnless garlic chips. Specials in next post.
