Not to gloss over, but it seems like he never really looked back from there. ⁠ ⁠ It makes sense, he is the 4th generation of butcher in his family. Now with over 45 years experience and an almost-famous business, full of his family helping make it so special, Gary’s Meats is simply synonymous with the finest quality meats in Victoria, as well as professionalism and customer service that is obvious the second you approach the glass.⁠ ⁠ Between his Dad and now his own butcher, his tic-tacked around Prahran Market, but deeply ingrained in the area - serving not only the community for decades, but also some of the most respected hospitality operators in the city. ⁠ ⁠ Gary’s humble personality is in a way what you would expect from a butcher with his lineage, but you also suspect that underneath is a deep drive to bring something more to this world.
