One of my fave events every year is the @playingforchangefoundation gala. Music is literally magic—it can take you right back to a moment in time, making you feel everything all over again, and at the same time can take you out of hard times! What’s even cooler is how many countries this charity is in and the real impact they’re making. For me, giving back is the only thing that truly makes me feel whole—whether it’s through fitness, a donation, or even just sharing a post. If you’re not pouring into your community, something will always feel off. I don’t waste time searching for my purpose—I already know. Helping others keeps me grounded, keeps me sober, and keeps me happy. Here’s to another year of @playingforchangefoundation if you are able to give please do !
