Breaking NEWS Plans to launch Wisting Oil field, North Barents Sea have been halted. Equinor (state owned Oil company) has put the plans “on ice” until 2026 This is an huge win 200million tonnes of CO2 avoided. Apparently it was not profitable without heavy tax payer funding.
