Tuna Avocado Bruschetta - Toast of the Week Made with love by πŸŽ₯@al_dante_channel πŸ“•Recipe here ❂ Ingredients: Tuna Steak Baby Arugula 1/2 Avocado 1/2 cup tree color Sesame seeds Leek Country Bread Loaf Olive Oil Salt ❂ For sauce: 1/2 inch Ginger 1 Garlic clove 1 Tsp Sesame seeds 1/8 cup Sesame oil 1/4 cup Tamari sauce 1 Tsp Chives ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Roll the tuna steak in sesame seeds and fry in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides. ⁃ Immediately after frying, cut into slices. ⁃ Country Bread fry in a pan with olive oil. ⁃ Deep fry the leek until golden brown. ⁃ Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. ⁃ Put arugula, avocado, leek on toast, then tuna slices and pour sauce on top.
