I still can’t believe it. Last week I stumbled on an opportunity that I would have never thought would actually become a reality. I know you guys think I simply “flip” cars but the fact is that I always knew the goal was to enjoy some cars on the way up to the GT3 (project cars aside). The RS was something I thought was out of reach after the car market boom and since the 997.2 has basically become unobtainium. But I stay on my toes. So when the opportunity to trade my 0-option .1 non-rs for a dream spec .2 RS, I made sure I couldn’t miss it. I made the deal on Thursday afternoon then rushed home to put my car back to stock, worked a full day then loaded up and drove 6.5 hours to do the deal because I knew I couldn’t sleep on it or it would be gone. It’s unreal. It’s everything I wanted my first gt3 to be and more. It feels like a gdamn cup car for the street. It’s the perfect amount of shithead kid mixed with pretentious dousche nozzle. I may tone it down by de-redding the exterior but for now it’s off to @bbiautosport for a post purchase health check then real tires and lots of miles!
