Recipe below from @burnt_pellet_bbq Season 8lb pork butt with your favorite BBQ rub Smoke the pork at 250F for 6 hours using Bear Mountain’s Sweet BBQ pellets, spritz with apple juice every hour Wrap the pork in foil once the internal temp is at about 165F Please back on the smoker for a couple of more hours until the internal temp is at 207F Rest for 2-3 hour prior to shredding Assemble nachos with your favorite toppings.
