Elite hand-pulled noodles to kick off the new year! 🍜 I tried the lamb hand-pulled noodle soup from Henan Hui Mian after watching @The Bing Buzz’s video. These were some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Making these noodles requires incredible finesse and skill. At Henan Hui Mian (📍136-31 41st Ave, Queens, NY), their broth is also extremely special. Lamb bones, herbs, and aromatics are continuously simmered to create a milky white soup. The noodles are bouncy and have great elasticity.
