Without my father’s extreme tough love mentality, I don’t know where I’d be in life...I normally don’t speak about our relationship but we’ve come so far and healed so much that it felt right to share that side of my story with the world....in fact, there’s no ME without my pops tough love. As a black man all I ever wanted was to hear my father said I’m proud of you...
