How to come back to climbing safely! ⚠️ So I googled it πŸ˜‚ I know I know I’m a strength coach and I should know how to do this... All coaches look up information to refresh memory! Don’t judge! Haha πŸ˜‚ I like to also just see what others think is good too! Some of the things that I found and liked (added one in from me): β€’ Be patient (don’t actually love this but it’s the truth) β€’ Focus on your foot work (MOST IMPORTANT πŸ™ŒπŸ½ β€’ Perform basic fitness exercises (I got that part down!) β€’ Pace your sessions β€’ This one was great take care of your knees I think this one is very important because so many people get hamstring injuries and jumping puts a lot of stress on your knees β€’ fingerboard I’m adding this one in for me because so many people get finger injuries and you can fingerboard no matter what level you were at if you were just starting out you can take a little bit of weight off and fingerboard as well as doing a climbing session keep it short and sweet and it will be preventative β€’ Most importantly have fun πŸ’ƒπŸ½ Keep following along as I show you a Climbing, Running Strength training, injury prevention and pre/post mastectomy training ✊🏽 All of the videos recorded on this reel are easy V3 problems and I was still falling. Just want perspective for beginners. πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ’—. Besos, Coach Jos
